Itadakimasu&nbsp;\u9802\u304d\u307e\u3059 est une expression utilis\u00e9e avant les repas. Elle signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0recevoir\u00a0\u00bb, pour montrer sa gratitude pour la nourriture et son implication. Il est de coutume de baisser la t\u00eate et de joindre les mains comme pour une pri\u00e8re. Le 150\u00e8me anniversaire du d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e8re Meiji lorsque le pays s\u2019ouvrit \u00e0 l\u2019Occident. Port\u00e9e par les gouvernements fran\u00e7ais et japonais, Japonismes 2018, une riche saison culturelle nippone, est un petit bout de Japon qui avait prit ses quartiers \u00e0 Paris, en \u00cele-de-France et dans toute la France de juillet 2018 \u00e0 f\u00e9vrier 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Expositions, th\u00e9\u00e2tre, concerts, cin\u00e9ma, gastronomie, art de vivre, danse mais aussi sport, soit plus de 50 \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont investit les plus grandes institutions culturelles \u00e0 Paris et en r\u00e9gion. Le titre de la manifestation : Japonismes 2018, fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au premier engouement des artistes fran\u00e7ais pour cette culture. C&rsquo;est notamment les peintres, qui ont largement \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9s par les estampes japonaises au 19\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Un si\u00e8cle et demi apr\u00e8s, cette grande saison culturelle a permis de renforcer les liens d\u2019amiti\u00e9s entre les deux peuples. Il y a de plus en plus de restaurants de cuisine japonaise dans Paris. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat port\u00e9 au Sake est devenu tr\u00e8s fort. \u00c0 peine l\u2019annonce a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e et toutes les places \u00e9taient r\u00e9serv\u00e9es avec une longue liste d\u2019attente. Cependant un int\u00e9r\u00eat fort ne signifie en aucune fa\u00e7on que le Sake est devenu une boisson courante chez le grand public. Un bon exemple serait les r\u00e9cipients pour boire le Sake. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019en France les gens ont naturellement l\u2019habitude des verres \u00e0 vin. Les Japonais boivent le Sake dans une vaisselle ayant cette forme depuis plus de mille ans. Il est important d&rsquo;introduire le point de vue de la m\u00e9thodologie concernant le service. Ils leur viendront alors l\u2019envie de boire le Sake dans un r\u00e9cipient japonais. S\u2019ils l\u2019essaient et le trouve bon, ils commenceront \u00e0 se rendre compte que le Sake a des charmes que le vin ne poss\u00e8de pas. On ne risque pas d\u2019\u00eatre compris en se disant \u00ab ils comprendront en buvant \u00bb et \u00ab ils comprendront si c\u2019est bon \u00bb. Elle est en \u00e9troite relation avec la culture culinaire japonaise et celle des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es. Il faut aussi susciter l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des gens en incorporant cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la culture japonaise tourn\u00e9e autour du Sake. L\u2019alcool est une porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e appropri\u00e9e pour attirer l\u2019attention des gens vers un aspect de la culture d\u2019un pays. En faisant \u00ab&nbsp;vivre&nbsp;\u00bb l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un Sake, pour sentir la profondeur de sa culture et non pas pour d\u00e9couvrir une simple boisson alcoolis\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Le Sake pourrait devenir un d\u00e9clic pour que les uns s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la poterie japonaise ou \u00e0 la voie du th\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Sad\u014d \u8336\u9053\u00a0\u00bb. Pour le Sake et pour le th\u00e9, il est important de transmettre correctement et de proposer une exp\u00e9rience. Les gens doivent comprendre \u00e0 travers leurs propres sens, le monde du Sake et celui du th\u00e9 japonais. Bien qu\u2019il soit important que les gens fassent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019origine de la culture japonaise. Chaque pays a une histoire et une culture qui lui est propre. Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 faire des propositions qui rentrent dans le vif de leurs quotidiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Dans la cuisine fran\u00e7aise, on introduit des essences venant de la cuisine japonaise. Il n\u2019y a plus de ligne de d\u00e9marcation entre les pays et dans le monde de l\u2019alimentation. Cela am\u00e8ne \u00e0 ce que le Sake ait l\u2019occasion de trouver sa place dans les restaurants du monde entier et plus uniquement dans les restaurants japonais. Au 19\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, la culture japonaise se faisait adopter par un pays en se m\u00e9langeant avec la culture propre de ce pays. L&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation et la diffusion de cette culture nouvelle sont transmises \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise.
